Owner & Licensed Funeral Director
Mr. Nadworny resides on the second floor of the facility with his wife Barbara with whom he has shared 64 years of marriage. They raised 4 children and are the proud grandparents of nine.
Richard graduated from the Lynn Vocational High school in 1948, attended Brewster Academy in Wolfboro, NH in 1949 and was called up for duty to serve in the US Navy during the Korean War.
Richard graduated from the New England Institute of Embalming and Funeral Directing in 1955 and obtained his funeral license in 1957. Mr. Nadworny served with other funeral directors in the area when in 1958 he opened his own funeral home.
Mr. Nadworny has served on many local boards including the Pine Grove Cemetery Commission and Park Commission. He is a Life Member, past Post and State Commander of the Polish Legion of American Veterans Post 56,
Disabled American Veterans, & Veterans of Foreign Wars. Member of Franco Amvets Post 61, Post 12 and Honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus Valladolid Counsel 70.
Licensed Funeral Director
Born in Lynn, Richard C Jr. has been involved in the family business from a very young age. He acquired his apprentice license at the age of 18.
Graduating from Lynn classical high school in 1979. Richard then went on to Salem State University where he received a bachelor of science degree. He then attended New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences where he received an associate degree in funeral Service.
He became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 1981. He has been licensed for 38 years in Funeral Service.
Richard married Carolyn (Quinlan) from Peabody. They have two sons, Patrick, and Matthew.
Richard has been a dedicated community leader involved in youth sports including baseball, hockey, basketball, and junior golf, and has also been involved in Cub scouts and Boy scouts as a den, and adult leader.
Richard believes that funeral service is a family business and he carries on the tradition that his father founded in 1958.
Daniel a Lynn native raised and educated in Lynn. A 1981 graduate of St. Mary’s High School, where he met his wife of 30 years, Marie (Ruggeri) Hanlon a Lt. with the Lynn Police Department. Prior to funeral service he dedicated himself in the Medical Emergency field having been an EMT with various Ambulance services, but he mainly worked in his home town and neighboring Saugus.
Dan and Marie have two daughters Nicole and Rachel both currently in college, Nicole is pursuing her Doctorate in psychology and Rachel is in her second year studying bio medical engineering. Dan had served and was a former Board President of the Lynn Council on Aging. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.
He looks forward to working in the community and maintaining the level of professionalism that this firm has come to offer over the years.
