John A. Bartlett, 85, of Lynn, beloved husband of the late Mary (Mancinelli) Bartlett and son of the late Arthur and Anna (Burke) Bartlett. Born in Middleton, and raised in Lynn, Jack was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, he served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Jack was employed by the City of Lynn first as a firefighter for 12 years then as a police officer for 25 years. Jack enjoyed listening to music, dancing, playing pool and he enjoyed watching his grandchildren play hockey, football, baseball, and softball. He was a big Red Sox & Patriots Fan. Jack was an animal lover, especially dogs. He was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be deeply missed. Jack is survived by his children John A. Bartlett and his wife Patricia, Timothy Bartlett and his wife Karen and daughter Lisa Gardas and her husband Christopher. He also is survived by his grandchildren Casey, Jackie, TJ, Corey, Chelsey and his great grandchildren Jacoby, Nathan, David.
